Social networks are a new generation of sites that are in the spotlight of global Internet networks users these days. These networks are expanding rapidly and have a significant impact on all social, cultural, economic, ecological and political dimensions of the individual and society. Meanwhile, one of the questions that has occupied many researchers is how users encounter virtual social networks. A review of the studies shows that the most of researches have dealt with this issue with a one-dimensional, descriptive and statistical perspective and have avoided using a futuristic approach. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to investigate the mechanism of exposure of individuals and the strategy of government organizations towards virtual social networks with a systematic and futuristic approach. This research has been done by using the documentary study method and the panel of experts. The statistical population of this study consisted of 14 media experts, and after conducting in-depth interviews with them, eight uncertainties were identified and among these eight categories, three categories were identified as the most important uncertainties. Finally, four scenarios were outlined for policy in the field of virtual social networks.

Today, the digitalization of the economy to improve productivity and increase economic growth has been considered one of the dominant approaches in most countries of the world. Given the traditional structures governing production and trade in Iran and the declining competitiveness of its economy, which is associated with low productivity growth, low economic growth, and high unemployment, the development of the digital economy to solve part of the country's problems is a necessity rather than a choice. The purpose of this study is to identify the events, consequences, threats, and opportunities facing the digital economy in Iran based on current internal and environmental trends. This research has been done with exploratory nature and expands existing knowledge and cognition, correcting the way of proposing issues and ideas related to Iran's digital economy. Also, this research based on data search is qualitative. The method used is a combination of Scenario and Steep (v). This study explores four scenarios: the titles of angels of wealth, modernity at another time, backwardness, and rationality in limitations. Identifying indicators will make planners and policymakers aware of which scenario we are moving towards, and if we want to move towards the desired scenario, which indicators should we turn into the desired indicator

Due to its importance and its effectiveness in all aspects of a sovereignty, election studies have a great importance and long history. Elections are an epitome of the national and foreign interests of a nation. studying the phenomenon of the elections due to the complexity and challenges associated with them and the ambiguous space , and the uncertainty of the following uncertainty , will enable the rulers to take effective and effective actions . according to the extent of the phenomenon of elections and the need for comprehensive knowledge of it , the aim of this study is to identify the issues of presidential elections and consider the reciprocal effect of issues on each other to be exploited in the interests of the islamic republic of iran . in this study , after conducting library studies and investigating the results of the election phenomenon , 12 top variables were selected according to experts as superior variables , finally using the method of mutual influence analysis and Mic Mac software between variables and their direct and indirect interaction

Culture is one of the most important issues for all managers of public sector organizations and there is a general disagreement about the characteristics of organizations, their distinction in terms of specific goals and missions and their different cultures. The purpose of this study is to adapt strategic human resource management based on adaptive organizational culture in order to improve the effectiveness of organizational performance. The present study has been done in terms of applied purpose and qualitative method. The research tool was interview. The statistical population was university experts with specialization in human resource management and policy experts in the field of human resource management in the Iranian administrative system. Purposefully selected. Content analysis technique was used to analyze the data. Findings showed that contrary to the legal materials in the public sector in the implementation of contracting strategy in the organizational culture, adaptable to the indicators of change in the organization, customer orientation and organizational learning, a more appropriate legal framework should be developed and approved to be effective in this type of culture. Finally, organizational effectiveness was achieved.

The Social Security Organization, the largest provider of social insurance in Iran, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. The present study seeks for SWOT analysis for The Social Security Organization in order to develop a new vision for the organization. The present study was applied based on the quantitative and qualitative data type and based on the research purpose. The descriptive-analytical method was used for doing research. The statistical population of the study is the managers and experts of the Social Security Organization. Considering that there were 13 people in the Social Security Organization, the sample was selected by census. Of course, the choice was judgmental and based on the expertise and experience of the people. Theme analysis was performed to analyze the research data and SWOT method was used to determine the strategy. The research results provide a new perspective. In this perspective, the Social Security Organization is an innovative, leading, responsive, trustworthy, ethical, confident and up-to-date organization, in two-way interaction with the client to provide fast and easy quality services while respecting the client's human dignity and creating a high quality working life for employees.

This study was designed to investigate The Impact of Human Resource Strategy Performance in Improving the Services of Hazrat Masoumeh Holy Threshold. The study correlation in view of application and descriptive approach and the method of data collection is library field. The statistical population includes all Employees of Holy Mass of Masumeh. Research sample consist of 382 port employees were chosen through Simple random sampling with using of Morgan table. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha (0.86%). The method of data analysis is used by Descriptive and inferential statistics and normed data distribution through Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, statistical methods of these study was LISREL and SPSS software. The results showed that Human Resource Strategy has a positive and significant effect on the improvement of services of The Holy Face of Masoumeh. As well as the factor of participation (0.68), compared with other factors has had a greater impact on improving the services of the holy shrine of Masumeh.
