This research is of the scientometric type, which was carried out by bibliometric method, and the sample was equal to the statistical population and included all the scientific productions of researchers in the world regarding feedback and corrective action in the field of management and business between the years 2010 and 2021, which was indexed in the Scopus citation database. have became. The validity of the measurement tool has been confirmed by the expert team and its reliability is based on the standard VOS viewer tool. The results of the research showed that the most published documents regarding feedback and corrective action in the field of management and business are articles (65.5 percent) and conference papers (26.3 percent) and the least published documents are notes (0.1 percent). percent) was The retrieved scientific products were published in 147 sources. America ranks first with 343 articles, followed by China, India, and England with 301, 107, and 105 documents respectively, and the number of documents published for Iran was 15. The most keywords were: feedback, controllers, quality control, control feedback, decision making, budget control, process control, sustainable development and simulators. It can be said that developed countries have the largest number of knowledge productions in the field of feedback and corrective measures in the field of management and business. The results of this study outline the future scientific activities of managers and stakeholders regarding strategic management and corrective measures. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ساختار علمی و نقشه دانشی مطالعات انجام گرفته در دنیا در زمینه دریافت بازخورد و اقدامات اصلاحی در مدیریت راهبردی در طی سال‌های 2010 الی 2021 انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع علم‌سنجی بوده که به روش کتاب‌سنجی انجام شد و نمونه برابر با جامعه آماری و شامل کلیه تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران جهان در خصوص بازخورد و اقدام اصلاحی در حوزه مدیریت و کسب و کار بین سال‌های 2010 الی 2021 بود که در پایگاه استنادی اسکپوس نمایه شده‌اند. روایی ابزار سنجش توسط تیم خبرگی تأیید شده و پایایی آن متکی بر ابزار استاندارد VOS viewer است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بیشترین مستندات منتشر شده در خصوص بازخورد و اقدام اصلاحی در حوزه مدیریت و کسب و کار از نوع مقاله (65.5 درصد) و مقالات کنفرانس (26.3 درصد) و کمترین مستندات نشریافته از نوع یادداشت (0.1 درصد) بود. ‌تولیدات ‌علمی ‌بازیابی‌شده ‌در 147 منبع ‌منتشر‌ شده بودند. ‌آمریکا ‌با 343 مقاله ‌در ‌رتبه ‌اول ‌و سپس، چین، هند و انگلیس به ترتیب، با 301، 107 و 105 مستند ‌در ‌رتبه‌های‌ بعدی ‌قرار ‌گرفته‌اند و تعداد مستندات منتشرشده برای ایران برابر با 15عدد بود. بیشترین ‌واژه‌های ‌کلیدی نیز عبارت بودند ‌از: بازخورد، کنترل‌گرها، کنترل کیفیت، بازخورد کنترلی، تصمیم‌گیری، کنترل بودجه، کنترل فرایند، توسعه پایدار و شبیه‌سازها. می‌توان گفت کشورهای توسعه‌یافته بیشترین تعداد تولیدات دانش را در زمینه بازخورد و اقدامات اصلاحی در حوزه مدیریت و کسب و کار دارند. نتایج این مطالعه مسیر فعالیت‌های علمی آینده مدیران و ذینفعان را در خصوص مدیریت راهبردی و اقدامات اصلاحی ترسیم می‌کند.<br /> <br />  https://journal.tolouemehr.ac.ir/article_186667_1caf41c0063975321560e5fa70fd217c.pdf
