Prioritizing Strategic Issues of National Production on Horizon 1404

Abstract
Considering the economics of the document, the prospect illustrates the importance of this strategic issue in the present circumstances of the country. Because every country needs strong economic foundations and foundations for its development. Given the general policies of the Resistance economy communicated by the leadership and visionary in Horizon 1404, the importance of national production becomes clear. We also need to look at the strategic issues of national production and make the necessary policies to realize the vision document. This article attempts to identify the thematic analysis of strategic issues of national production that has exacerbated the production cycle. According to a survey of two groups of industry experts and academics with the TOPSIS decision-making technique, the strategic issues of national production have been prioritized. According to experts, the most important production problem is the weak support for national production policy and, in the professors' view, the weakness in exports due to the high cost and low quality of products. Also, according to the output of the Structural-Interpretive Model model, weakness in the strategic view of national production, weakness in policy support for national production, and social security labor laws are at the most fundamental layer of the Structural-Interpretative Model.
