Pathology of Human Resource Management Status in Behesht Kavir Ariana Company

Abstract
Human resource management is tied to the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of any organization. Efficiency and effectiveness can maintain the survival of the organization and a way to gain a competitive advantage. The purpose of this article was the pathology of human resource management in Behesht Kavir Ariana Company. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The data collection method was field and library studies and the research tool was interviews with company employees, the data analysis method was based on the themes of semi-structured interviews and the sampling method was available. The study population included all employees of Behesht Kavir Ariana Company (n=83) and the sample consisted of 30 employees in different administrative departments, who participated in interviews voluntarily. The results showed that Behesht Kavir Ariana Company has weaknesses in the field of structural components (recruitment, selection and planning). Also, in the field of behavioral components (motivation and job satisfaction) and context has strengths.
