Examining the Role of Opportunistic Culture on the Flexible Supply Chain with Regard to the Mediating Role of Strategic Risk

Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of opportunistic culture on the flexible supply chain with regard to the mediating role of strategic risk. This study is applied and descriptive in terms of purpose and was conducted with a survey method. The statistical population in this study is 105 employees of Parmida company, who were selected by available sampling method. In order to analyze the data, partial least squares method and Smart PLS-2 software were used. Convergent validity was used to measure validity, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability, and its coefficient is greater than 0.7 for all research constructs. The findings show that opportunistic culture has a positive and significant effect on both flexible supply chain and strategic risk. Also, the research results confirmed the positive and significant effect of strategic risk on the flexible supply chain. Finally, it can be said that strategic risk mediates the relationship between opportunistic culture and flexible supply chain.
