The aim of this study is to identify driving forces for the furtherance of social justice as one of the pillars of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The concept of justice has long been regarded as one of the most transcendent concepts of human life. The futures study as a science and art of shaping a desirable future and its tools can play a role in the realization of this importance. In this regard, by studying the issue of justice in the Second Step Statement and reviewing the background of research on social justice and focus group formation, 14 factors have been identified as the most important factors in the realization of social justice. Structural analysis of factors was performed using the MicMac software and the effective and indirect factors were identified and ranked directly and indirectly and the most important ones were presented as key driving force. The results show that factors such as laws, regulations, claims, religious beliefs, social partnerships, media, public oversight and official oversight are key driving forces that have the least impact and most impact on the social justice system in Second step statement of revolution, they have been identified.
