Creative Organizational Culture Pathology in Qom Universities; Using Excellence Diamond Model

Abstract
Considering the importance of creative organizational culture as well as problems and difficulties of public universities in this regard, present research aimed at a pathology of Qom universities in terms of creative organizational culture. To this end, excellence diamond model is utilized. In this model, the impact of leadership, employees, service quality, service strategy, customer orientation and information management and organizational structure on creative culture is studied. In present study, creative organizational culture questionnaire based on excellence diamond model is utilized. Considering 10 determined items in relevant questionnaires, those items with average scores less than 6 were identified as organizational impairments in creative organizational culture. To study the averages, one sample t-test was conducted. The findings indicated that identified impairments on creative organizational culture in Qom public universities are the influence by leadership on creative organizational culture including granting independence and decision making authority by leader to employees and also employees’ impact on creative organizational culture including encouraging employees for their initiatives in organization and awarding personnel based on performance indicators.
