The Relationship between Strategic Foresight Dimensions on Organizational Dynamic Capabilities

Abstract
Dynamic capabilities approach addresses relevant firm capabilities to adapt to fast change in an environment that threatens a firm’s competitiveness and survival. However, despite these conceptual similarities, their relationship remains opaque. To close this gap, the present study aimed to examine the Strategic Foresight Dimensions effect on Organizational Dynamic Capabilities. The present study relied on quantitative and qualitative methods. More specifically, the author used a cross-sectional design and survey strategy. Fifty-six participants were selected from four a Consultant and Designer of Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Company in IRAN completed the study questionnaire. A Multiple Regression technique was employed to test the study hypotheses by using IBM SPSS Statics 25 software package. The results demonstrated that strategic foresight dimensions have a significant and positive effect on organizational dynamic capabilities. The results of the present study relate to this selected company; hence the ability to generalize the findings to other sectors is limited.
