Scientific Influence influence can be aimed at changing the attitudes and thoughts of scientific and academic elites , identifying the scientific capacities of the country or disrupting scientific progress .one way to change the attitude and thoughts of scientific and academic elites of the country is to create scientific monopoly .as a matter of fact , in many theoretical fields of the country 's universities , headlines and western foundations are taught by teachers who are a student of western countries .from the angle of view , they look at a western man and the result will be that part of our academic society , despity , do not know the national security and interests of the country , and often work as paid soldier for western civilization in the country .today , countries are trying to surpass each other in scientific fields , and in this regard , they are trying to know what they stand in scientific fields and what scientific capacities within the country .if the enemy is successful in the infiltration operations , the result is that of the Islamic republic system in which the spirit of the Islamic revolution and the principles of the other revolution will not exist .the necessity of this research is to examine the methods of influence in the field of science and strategies to deal with this issue and also extraction of strategic plan against scientific influence of the enemy of Islamic republic of Iran about how the enemy can penetrate .this article tries to analyze the dimensions and components of it by analytical - descriptive method .
