The end of the American military presence in Afghanistan by the end of September 2021 after twenty years, although it could be a positive turning point in the history of Afghanistan, but on the contrary, considering the consequences of the exit of the American forces through several scenarios that can affect the internal situation and or regional and international conflicts over Afghanistan and especially its surrounding region and influential countries such as India and China will have an effect, leading to serious concerns. Based on this, the main question of the article is what are the consequences of America's withdrawal from Afghanistan for India and China? The research method in view of the theoretical nature of qualitative research is descriptive-analytical approach. The information required for research has been prepared and compiled through scientific articles and various websites along with data analysis. The author believes that after the withdrawal of the US from Afghanistan, China seeks to integrate Afghanistan into the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. In this case, including Afghanistan in this corridor will be a great opportunity to expand China's influence in Afghanistan and in the Southeast Asia region. On the other hand, this proximity neutralizes India's efforts to deepen its influence inside Afghanistan in front of Pakistan.
