Abstract
Performance appraisal is a system for measuring, evaluating, and influencing the characteristics, behaviors and job achievements of people and determining their job performance. The subject of the pathology research was the performance appraisal system of health and treatment workers in the oil industry in Qom Province, a survey descriptive research method. The statistical population of the research was managers and healthcare workers of the oil industry in Qom province, 124 employees and 23 managers were selected by a simple random method. To collect data, textual studies and a questionnaire based on 13 performance evaluation injuries (including the generality of the indicators, the possibility of multiple interpretation of the evaluation results, the low reliability of the indicators, the lack of correlation between the evaluation indicators and the performance, several evaluations in the form of one criterion, no criteria to evaluate the results of the individual's performance, no standard or optimal level, halo error, tendency to focus, hard. Negligence, novelty error, one-sidedness, and taste evaluation) identified from the textual studies were used. The results showed that from the employees' point of view, only tasteful evaluation, and from the managers' point of view, there are six harms of aura error, tendency to focus, strictness or carelessness, novelty error, monotony, tasteful evaluation, as the harm of the performance evaluation system of health and treatment workers in the oil industry. Qom province was identified. Then, solutions were presented to fix these damages.
