Service and information sectors in today's world play a very important role in the economic and economic prosperity of advanced countries. Management jobs are among the skills that play an important role in this area. The main purpose of the present research is to identify the Plausible and probable future of managerial occupations in Iran with the approach of scenario planning. For this reason, appropriate indicators were extracted from the background and interviews of expert. After screening these factors by examining the test, the most important key drivers were identified using critical uncertainty techniques and DEMATEL's decision-making technique. Two drivers of access to international markets and educational policies of the Ministry of Science were selected as the ultimate uncertainties for compiling plausible scenarios. These scenarios are the scenario of the Paradise, the growth in isolation, the mad world, and the scenario of hell. Finally, using the TOPSIS technique, which is a distance decision technique, Hell's scenario was selected as the most likely scenario.
